Who We Are

Design Build Construction Company

Many homeowners feel frustrated that their homes are outdated, cramped, or lack style. They feel stuck because when trying to make home improvements, they have bad experiences with unreliable general contractors. It doesn’t have to be that way.

Homes shouldn’t feel like another stressful project or an incomplete area of your life. They should be a haven where your family and friends make memories, enjoy meals, and feel at peace for many generations. That’s why our team is dedicated to delivering homeowners with intentional home designs, beautiful home builds, and professionally crafted home remodels.

For over 20 years, North Georgia Design Build has been the premiere design-build construction company in the greater Atlanta Metro Area. Our stress-free and well-managed home remodeling process reflects our standard for smooth communication, team integrity, and exceptional quality. When you partner with us, you partner with the best licensed and insured custom home contractors and visionary home builders in North Georgia.

DESIGN BUILD Process

We’ll Take Care of The Details

Schedule a free initial consultation with our team to discuss your home project, vision, and goals.

In this step of the process we engage our in house design team to help you develop your vision into a plan with Architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and material sampling.  We then price out your project as designed with a line item budget for your review and make any revisions needed.

Once the design and budget are agreed upon, our world class build team will begin coordinating permitting, material acquisition, and staging your project with a detailed schedule.

Your dedicated project manager will execute your project with expertise and care.

“All of our past experiences with GC’s have been super stressful, with budgeting changing unpredictably, schedules being pushed back, quality issues, etc. With North Georgia Design Build, everything just seemed very straightforward and easy.”
S. Brient
“They went the extra mile to ensure that the work was done to my satisfaction even after the job was complete. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would hire them all over again.”
S. Hollis
“They were considerate of our needs and space so that the project was less obtrusive than we anticipated. Project was done on time and within budget. Will gladly use them again for additional projects.”
G. Lotner
“We absolutely love our bathrooms. They are so beautiful and well done. When we walk into the bathrooms, we feel that we’ve been teleported into the bathroom of a multi-million-dollar mansion. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for our house.”
